Welcome to the application for the Civic Access Program. We're so happy you're here!

When we say that we care far more about ensuring you have access to membership than we care about taking your money, we mean it. Our goal is to make sure that all of Portland’s entrepreneurs have access to the support and benefits that BBPDX offers. So please, join us at any level you are able to. What matters is that you're joining a community that supports one another and works to create greater shared prosperity for every resident. After all, those are the values that make Portland, well, Portland.

As a participant of the Civic Access Program you will receive one year of BBPDX membership at no cost, or you can opt-in to a pay-what-you-can sliding scale. If you are interested in learning more about the program, please reach out to Interim Executive Director, Karin Power, at karin@bbpdx.org.

Please note that to be qualified for the Civic Access Program, your business must have 10 employees or less, be located in the Greater Portland Metro Area and either:

BIPOC or LGBTQ+-owned, or
Currently experiencing economic hardship
